While there's not much to this front yard planting scheme, it looks good, clean, and fits the style of the home nicely. This home, built at the bottom of this foot hill slope, could have some serious flood problems if the water from storms is not chaneled away from the home and property. If you're doing your landscaping yourself, you need to check with your local, city, or sub-division codes to see what you're allowed to do with run off water from your property.
