Borderless Front Yard Flower Beds
Borderless mulched flower beds that are kept up always look so natural, fresh, and recently worked. The transition of the elements without hardscape borders looks natural. Of course, it's a matter of preference as borders have their advantages as well.
When creating borderless beds like this, it's important to pay attention to the type of lawn grass you have or are planning on planting. A non aggressive grass that doesn't spread through roots and tillers is your best bet for lowest maintenance. Aggressive spreading grasses like Bermuda will quickly become a nightmare. Actually, they can be a problem even with deep borders.
